The World In A Dew Drop
Many times we go through our busy lives all focused on the task at hand. Moving swiftly to and fro as we try to get ahead in this busy world. But sometimes we go so fast we miss some of the many beauties in life. Take some time to slow down and look for some of those treasures that God has placed here for us. =)

All Blessing, Honor, And Glory
I was reading my Bible and I came across this verse in Revelation. The verse said, "And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever." And I thought to myself, "Wow, that means from the largest elephant, to the smallest spider, from laziest sloth, to the busiest bee ALL things created attribute every blessing, honor, glory, and power as from the Most High!" And yes, I think we all know this to be true, but when was the last time you thought about it?

Macro-Photography Is Pretty Cool
I was recently telling a friend that I was trying to get into macro-photography and she responded by saying it sounded cool, but she didn't fully know what that was. So I decided to put up an example of the difference of macro-photography and "normal" photography. Macro-photography is basically close up photography. So I go to this Worldview/Apologetics/LearnABunchOfStuff "camp" (it was awesome and totally amazing!) called Summit Ministries, but even there, I couldn't avoid it. I didn't even bring my camera (ok so I forgot it at the last minute). But I was still asked to do a photo-shoot. So I borrowed a camera, a canon xsi or xt1 something-or-other, (i'm not even going to start on that one except to say I love my Nikon! lol) and a 50mm F1.8 (for which I was quite grateful), and did a short mini-session. And these are my two favorite shots from that session...
